We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Sales Supervisor to join our FMCG sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor daily sales performance, customer calls, strike rate and outlet coverage.
• Conduct regular field visits and joint calls with sales representatives.
• Ensure effective distribution, merchandising, product visibility and promotional execution.
• Develop new accounts and identify opportunities to increase sales within assigned territories.
• Maintain good relationships with customers, retailers and trade partners.
• Monitor competitors' activities, pricing and market developments.
• Review sales performance and provide regular updates to Sales Management.
• Coach and guide sales team members to improve selling skills and productivity.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and follow-up on customer issues where required.

Requirements

• Relevant FMCG sales experience, preferably in a supervisory or team-leading role.
• Good understanding of Singapore's FMCG retail and traditional trade environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven and comfortable working in the field.
• Able to analyse sales performance and prepare basic sales reports.
• Possession of a valid driving licence and own vehicle will be an advantage.
