We are looking for a Recruitment Admin to support our recruitment and onboarding processes. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in handling administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.
The position will primarily focus on recruitment administration and coordination, while also providing support with recruitment activities when needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and other relevant documentation.
Coordinate the recruitment administration process from candidate selection through onboarding.
Collect and verify candidates’ pre-employment documents and requirements.
Coordinate background verification (BGV) processes and follow up on outstanding requirements.
Prepare and coordinate laptop and equipment requests for new joiners.
Support the onboarding process and ensure new hires have completed all necessary pre-employment and onboarding requirements.
Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, HR, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and candidate records.
Follow up with relevant stakeholders regarding pending documents, approvals, and onboarding activities.
Provide administrative support to the Recruitment/HR team as required.
Support recruitment activities, including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and other recruitment-related tasks when needed.
What You Bring to the Team
2–4 years of relevant experience in recruitment administration, HR administration, recruitment coordination, or a similar role.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and trackers.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and administrative systems.
Ability to follow processes and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Previous experience in recruitment is an advantage.
Good command of English, both written and verbal.
