Nufarm. Evolving Ag.

Nufarm is a global crop protection and seed technologies company that helps farmers and businesses meet the global challenges of food, feed, fibre and fuel production. Whether it’s commercialising the world’s first plant-based omega-3, launching precision agricultural solutions, unlocking biomass oils for more sustainable fuels and fast-moving consumer goods, introducing innovative crop protection solutions, or delivering the crop and seed solutions farmers depend on every day, Nufarm is evolving with agriculture to drive value for customers.

Power a Better Digital Workplace

We’re looking for experienced L2 EUC Support Engineers to join our Global IT team, with one role supporting the APAC region and another supporting the Americas.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide regional Level 2 End-User Computing support for Nufarm’s global workforce. Working remotely, you’ll partner closely with regional L1 and L1.5 support teams, acting as their technical escalation point and enabling them to resolve issues efficiently for employees on-site.

As a capable technical generalist, you’ll troubleshoot a broad range of endpoint, device, application, messaging, collaboration, identity, access and connectivity issues. You’ll work across technologies such as Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 and selected Azure services.

You’ll also work with Senior L2 Engineers, technology leads, managed service providers and vendors to resolve complex issues and deliver a consistent, high-quality digital workplace experience.

If you’re passionate about end-user technology, technical problem-solving and delivering excellent customer support, we’d love to hear from you.

How You’ll Help Us Grow

  • Act as the regional Level 2 escalation point for End-User Computing incidents and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint, application, messaging, collaboration, connectivity, identity and access issues.
  • Partner closely with regional L1 and L1.5 support teams, providing remote technical guidance, coaching and practical support.
  • Support Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktops, laptops and Microsoft Intune-managed devices.
  • Troubleshoot application deployment, software packaging, mobile device management and device compliance issues.
  • Support Windows Autopilot provisioning, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Edge configuration and Universal Print.
  • Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory accounts, groups, permissions and application access.
  • Troubleshoot Conditional Access, multifactor authentication, password and general access issues.
  • Support the HR-driven Joiner, Mover and Leaver lifecycle, escalating complex identity design matters when required.
  • Support Exchange Online mailboxes, mail flow, SMTP relay and Exchange Online Protection transport rules.
  • Provide first-level support for Microsoft Teams telephony, PSTN calling, auto attendants and meeting-room devices.
  • Support Microsoft 365 tenant requests involving licensing, domains, DNS, configuration, backup and recovery.
  • Assist with endpoint vulnerability remediation and Microsoft Secure Score activities identified by the Security team.
  • Provide basic support and triage for Azure platform requests, including subscriptions, cost and billing queries, Key Vault and landing-zone connectivity.
  • Analyse recurring and complex user issues to identify root causes and coordinate appropriate resolution or escalation.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles, how-to guides and standard resolutions to strengthen L1 and L1.5 support capabilities.
  • Ensure incidents, service requests and changes are managed in accordance with ITIL processes and agreed service levels.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records within the IT service management platform.
  • Coordinate with managed service providers, suppliers and technology vendors to progress and resolve end-user issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the employee experience, automate repetitive activities and reduce recurring incidents.

Could This Be You?

You are a practical and customer-focused IT support professional with broad technical experience across a modern End-User Computing environment. You enjoy investigating technical problems, identifying the underlying cause and guiding users and support teams towards an effective resolution.

You’re comfortable supporting multiple technologies rather than specialising in only one platform. You can communicate technical information clearly, support regional teams remotely and manage competing priorities across a globally distributed environment.

You understand when an issue can be resolved through established support processes and when it needs to be escalated to a senior engineer, technology lead, security specialist or external service provider.

Essential

What You’ll Bring

  • Approximately three to five years of practical experience in an IT service desk, desktop support or end-user support role.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills across a Microsoft-based End-User Computing environment.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktops and laptops.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Intune-managed devices, including application installations, mobile device management and Windows Autopilot.
  • Experience troubleshooting common endpoint, software, mobile device, printing, VPN and network-connectivity issues.
  • Experience supporting iOS and Android mobile devices.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory account, group, password, MFA and access support.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration tools, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook.
  • Experience supporting application access, licensing and user permissions.
  • The ability to provide clear remote technical guidance to L1 and L1.5 support teams.
  • Working knowledge of IT service management processes, including incident, request and change management.
  • Experience working within agreed service levels and maintaining accurate records in an ITSM platform.
  • Strong customer service, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities across multiple services.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively within a globally dispersed team of internal and external resources.
  • Experience working with managed service providers, vendors or outsourced support teams.

Desirable

  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification (MS-900) or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification (AZ-900).
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
  • CompTIA A+ certification.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate certification (MD-102).
  • Experience working alongside regional on-site or desk-side support teams.
  • Additional experience supporting Microsoft Intune, Entra ID or Exchange Online.
  • Exposure to Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Teams telephony or Microsoft 365 tenant administration.
  • Basic exposure to Azure platform services.
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation, particularly PowerShell.
  • Experience supporting a globally dispersed and remote workforce.
