Job Description
We are seeking for a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, integrate, and enhance Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Service Cloud on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
Support and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
Perform data migration, transformation, and validation using tools such as Data Loader and ETL platforms.
Configure and maintain Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and access controls.
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business and operational requirements.
Collaborate directly with clients, business users, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Provide solution consulting and pre-sales support, including technical discussions, solution design, and client presentations where required.
Follow Salesforce engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, code quality, observability, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing technical support and enhancements.
Requirements
Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with substantial experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
Salesforce Platform Developer certification or equivalent practical experience.
Strong development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
Proven experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
Strong understanding of data migration processes and tools, including Data Loader and/or ETL tools.
Good knowledge of Salesforce administration and security configuration.
Experience developing Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with clients and business users.
Experience supporting pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical solution design is highly desirable.
Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, observability, documentation, and engineering best practices for large-scale Salesforce implementations.
Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio and OmniScript.
Experience working on large-scale or enterprise Salesforce transformation projects.
Additional Salesforce certifications.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools.
