Responsibilities
Location: Central Singapore
Commitment: Minimum 3 months
Working Hours: 6 to 12-hour shifts between 8:30 AM–9:30 PM
Job Duties:
Provide information and assistance to visitors
Assist with ticket and attraction admission checks
Support crowd control and visitor flow
Assist with events and programmes
Provide friendly customer service to visitors
Assist in responding to accidents and emergencies when required
Requirements:
Minimum 17 years old and above
Able to commit for at least 3 months
Must be able to work at least 2 weekdays AND 1 weekend
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors (non-air-conditioned areas)
Comfortable with long standing hours
Friendly, bubbly, approachable and able to communicate well
Customer service experience is preferred
Able to adhere to workplace grooming standards
Training:
Selected candidates must be able to attend:
1 full-day induction (8:30am–6pm)
4 × 12-hour full-shift OJT
Additional Benefits:
Additional $2/hour allowance for weekend shifts
Lunch & dinner provided on weekends and Public Holidays
Uniform provided
