Job Description
- Assist ingathering and documenting user requirements and system specifications.
- Support the Project Lead and Chief of Staff in preparing test scenarios, test cases, and system documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, reserve meeting rooms, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in master data maintenance, report generation, and dashboard updates.
- Provide administrative support for project-related tasks.
- Track progress of project deliverables and update project schedules timely.
- Liaise with end users and vendors on assigned tasks.
- Support end users by providing first level support.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues to third party vendor support as required.
- Assist in the development and update of SOPs and user guides.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Diploma in Business Analytics or its equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity in data analysis tools such as Power Automate, Power Query, SQL and Python will be advantageous
- Have a quality mindset with acute attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team, manage multiple tasks, and perform effectively under tight deadlines
- Self-starter with a keen sense of urgency and an open mind to learn
