Full Time Operations Officer (6 months contract) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in PACIFIC TECH PTE. LTD. North-east Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Description:

1. Prepare and process purchase orders to vendors in a timely and accurate manner;
2. Track purchase orders and coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery;
3. Perform goods receipt for both hardware and software, ensuring quantities and specifications match purchase orders;
4. Process delivery orders and issue invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery;
5. Prepare and maintain shipment documentation, including commercial invoices and packing lists;
6. Update and maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and invoices in the internal system;
7. Prepare periodic purchasing and sales reports as required by management;
8. Coordinate closely with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Delivery, and Finance) and external parties (vendors, logistics providers, and customers) to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations;
9. Build and maintain professional working relationships with vendors and customers; and
10. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• O-Level or equivalent
• At least 1 year of work experience in Operations or in related field
• Organized, detailed and deadline oriented
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• A team player yet able to work well independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and always thinking about how to improve processes
• Proficient in MS Office application
