Project Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,800 in AIMS DEMOLITION AND BUILD PRIVATE LIMITED West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing demolition, building, and renovation projects from inception to completion. The role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable regulations, quality standards, and client requirements.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Plan, organize, and manage demolition and construction projects.

2. Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.

3. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.

4. Supervise site teams and ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and safety standards.

5. Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.

6. Manage project costs and control expenditures to meet budget targets.

7. Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.

8. Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and quality regulations.

9. Review drawings, contracts, and technical specifications.

10. Resolve site issues and provide timely solutions.

11. Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.

12. Manage procurement of materials and equipment.

13. Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

14. Ensure timely project handover and completion documentation.

Technical Skills and Competencies

1. Ability to plan, organize, execute, monitor, and close demolition and construction projects within scope, budget, and schedule.

2. Strong understanding of demolition methodologies, construction processes, sequencing of works, and industry best practices.

3. Proficiency in developing and managing project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.

4. Ability to prepare project budgets, monitor costs, forecast expenditures, and implement cost control measures.

5. Knowledge of interpreting contracts, tender documents, project specifications, and managing contractual obligations.

6. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and M&E drawings, as well as technical specifications.

7. Ability to identify project risks, conduct risk assessments, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

8. Knowledge of quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures to ensure compliance with project requirements.

9. Strong knowledge of Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, risk assessment, safe work procedures, and accident prevention.

10. Understanding of environmental management requirements, waste disposal regulations, dust and noise control during demolition and construction works.

11. Ability to procure construction materials, plant, and equipment while ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.

12. Ability to analyse construction challenges and implement practical, timely solutions to minimise delays.
