Full Time Cleaning Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,600 in HEARTFELT CLEANING PTE. LTD. North-east Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations at assigned work locations.
• Plan and assign cleaning duties to cleaners according to manpower and operational requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards and hygiene requirements are met.
• Train and guide cleaners on proper cleaning procedures, equipment usage and workplace safety.
• Monitor staff attendance, work performance and deployment.
• Coordinate with clients regarding cleaning requirements, feedback and operational issues.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and available.
• Prepare basic work schedules, attendance records and cleaning reports.
• Assist management with manpower planning and day-to-day cleaning operations.
• Perform hands-on cleaning duties when operationally required.

Requirements

• Experience in cleaning operations, housekeeping or a supervisory role is preferred.
• Able to supervise and communicate effectively with cleaning staff.
• Able to work independently and solve operational issues.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety and cleaning procedures.
• Willing to travel between different work locations when required.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays depending on operational requirements.
