Job Title: Research Associate

Job Summary We are seeking an analytical, methodical, and detail-oriented Research Associate to support our research initiatives, data collection pipelines, and project execution schedules. In this role, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive literature reviews, maintaining qualitative and quantitative data structures, and assisting in drafting technical reports or research papers. Partnering closely with Senior Investigators, project teams, and cross-functional business units, you will turn raw datasets into structured, actionable insights that drive our organization's research agenda forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Analysis: Execute primary and secondary data collection workflows, ensuring high data integrity, accurate documentation, and rigorous statistical or qualitative analysis.
• Literature Reviews: Conduct systematic, comprehensive reviews of academic journals, industry publications, and market reports to synthesize background frameworks for ongoing projects.
• Project Operations: Manage day-to-day project milestones, administrative logistics, and data tracking files to ensure research deliverables remain strictly on schedule.
• Report Drafting: Assist in writing, editing, and formatting research manuscripts, white papers, grant proposals, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate communications and data sharing protocols systematically with cross-functional team members, institutional partners, and external vendors.
• Compliance Management: Ensure all research activities strictly adhere to institutional governance standards, data privacy laws (such as PDPA), and local ethics frameworks.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in a relevant analytical field (such as Life Sciences, Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering depending on specialization).
• Experience: Demonstrated professional or academic track record contributing to structured research methodologies, academic projects, or corporate market intelligence lifecycles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with data analysis software frameworks (such as SPSS, R, Python, STATA, NVivo) or industry-specific laboratory and reporting utilities.
• Competencies: Strong critical thinking capabilities, strict attention to numerical and textual detail, and a highly organized approach to project management.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills to present research findings clearly and co-author complex technical documentations.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
