WORK LOCATION : TUAS SOUTH RECREATION CENTRE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly and engage them in conversation.
• Help customers locate products they are looking for.
• Answer customer questions about products and features.
• Provide product recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
• Receive and unpack new deliveries from suppliers
• Rotate stock to ensure freshness
• Check for price discrepancies and correct where necessary
• Handle cash and card transactions
• Keep the floor clean and organized

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Basic math skills for handling cash
• Knowledge of product features and benefits
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
