Responsibilities
HIRING: PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE
Location: Biopolis
️ Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: $2,000 – $2,500/month
Candidates with experience in the following are welcome:
Procurement / Purchasing
Logistics / Warehouse
️ Administration
Customer Service
No direct procurement experience? Candidates with relevant Administration or Customer Service experience are welcome to apply!
Job Responsibilities:
️ Source and purchase materials, packaging supplies & consumables
Coordinate with suppliers and prepare purchase orders
Monitor stock levels and expiry dates
Coordinate shipments with customers, forwarders & couriers
Check incoming goods and handle documentation
Maintain inventory records and reports
Support warehouse and logistics operations
Coordinate with internal teams, customers and suppliers
Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
️ Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
