Responsibilities
Location: Jewel Changi Airport
Working Hours: 5-days, 44-hours work week
About Us
We're an established café at Jewel Changi Airport serving café fare and freshly baked goods, with a growing catering arm. We're looking for a capable CDP to run a station independently and help lead our kitchen team.
What You'll Do
Run your own station independently during service
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes from your section
Guide and train junior cooks and kitchen assistants
Assist with catering menu execution and large-order production
Manage mise en place, ordering, and stock levels for your station
Uphold food safety, hygiene, and SFA compliance standards
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of kitchen experience with at least 1 year at CDP or strong Demi Chef level
Solid foundation in Western/café cuisine; catering or high-volume experience a plus
Able to work independently under pressure and lead by example
Able to work weekends and PH on rotation
Food Safety Course Level 1 certified (Level 2 a plus)
