Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily posting and scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Assist in developing engaging visual and written content aligned with brand guidelines

Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement, responding in a timely and professional manner

Track and analyse social media performance metrics and generate weekly reports

Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns and promotional activities

Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning, approvals, and content requirements

Research trending topics, competitor activities, and platform updates to optimise content strategies

Maintain and organise digital assets including visuals, captions, and content calendars

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma and above

Able to create engaging content with strong copywriting skills and basic graphic design proficiency

Familiar with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social

Strong awareness of current social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms
