Full Time FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,300 in M BOUTIQUE HOTEL IPOH Perak - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Front Office operations during the assigned shift.
• Conduct shift briefings, assign duties and ensure proper shift handovers.
• Supervise and guide Guest Service Officers and Bell Attendants.
• Ensure smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Review guest registration, billing and cashiering transactions for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations and other departments regarding room status, arrivals, departures and special requests.
• Monitor VIP arrivals, room assignments and outstanding operational matters.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to Front Office employees.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, grooming standards and service expectations.
• Assist the Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager with duty rosters and departmental operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of hotel Front Office experience.
• Supervisory or shift-leadership experience will be an advantage.
• Familiar with hotel PMS, cashiering, reservations and Front Office procedures.
• Able to lead a shift and handle guest complaints confidently.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, organized and able to work independently.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Minimum SPM qualification; a Diploma in Hospitality or a related field will be an advantage.

Pay: RM2,300.00 per month
