Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process (Metrology).
- Work as a team with manufacturing/ maintenance/ technology/quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line disruptions.
- Support tool installations, process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow.
- Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management.
- Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools.
- Manage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP)
- Perform Gage R&R, Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and calibration method. Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor/Master/PhD in Engineering/Physics/Statistic or Applied Science.
- 0 to 5 years of experience as process engineer in semiconductor industry.
- Experience/ knowledge in metrology, defect density or FA equipment is an added advantage.
- Good analytical and data analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivated and good team player.
- Innovative and can work independently to drive technical projects.
