Early Childhood Educator (EY2 / L1)

Work Location: Tampines

Role Overview

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:

• Create a warm, secure, and inclusive learning environment that promotes children's well-being.
• Design and facilitate age-appropriate learning experiences that encourage curiosity and holistic development.
• Observe, document, and assess children's learning progress and developmental achievements.
• Work collaboratively with families and colleagues to support each child's individual learning journey.
• Foster children's confidence, independence, and social-emotional skills through meaningful daily interactions.
• Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere while following centre policies and ECDA guidelines.

Requirements

• Possess a valid ECDA EY2 or L1 certification.
• EY2: Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or another recognised equivalent qualification.
• L1: Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (ACECCE).
• Passionate about working with young children and committed to their growth and development.
• Responsible, patient, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
