Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to enhance their shopping experience
Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and value clearly to customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent after-sales service
Maintain an attractive and well-stocked sales floor to optimize product visibility
Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system to ensure smooth checkout
Monitor inventory levels and assist with timely stock replenishment
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings to inform customers effectively
Support merchandising activities and ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards
Participate actively in store events, product launches, and promotional campaigns
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store performance goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Prior experience in retail sales or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills applied in customer interactions
Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism and positivity
Self-motivated and results-driven approach in a fast-paced retail environment
Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Sales and negotiation skills to close sales effectively
Customer relationship management to foster loyalty
Product presentation and demonstration skills
