Job Summary

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and versatile Creative Designer to bring our F&B brands to life across every touchpoint; from menus in hand to scroll-stopping social posts.

This role sits at the heart of our marketing team, supporting multiple outlets and brands with strong creative execution while keeping everything beautifully on-brand.

You will report directly to our Marketing Manager and work alongside the rest of the marketing team to bring campaigns, launches, new menus and fun events to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching marketing and promotional materials, e.g. menus, posters, social media content, in-store signage, EDMs, and campaign collaterals
• Develop visual concepts that align with brand identity and marketing objectives
• Create engaging static visuals and support basic motion content for social media
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and outlet teams to roll out campaigns smoothly
• Adapt and resize creatives across multiple platforms and formats
• Maintain strong brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
• Prepare artwork files for both print production and digital publishing
• Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and special promotions

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Proven experience as a Creative Designer or Graphic Designer (F&B or lifestyle industry experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong sense of layout, typography, colour, and visual storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for F&B, hospitality, or retail brands
• Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Understanding of social media platforms and content trends
• Photography or basic content styling skills is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
