Job Description
Reporting to the regional finance leadership team, you will:
- Oversee financial reporting, governance, and compliance across holding entities, operating companies and joint ventures.
- Manage monthly and quarterly consolidation and management reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, statutory requirements, and tax regulations.
- Support regional finance teams in strengthening financial processes, systems, and capabilities.
- Drive finance-related integration activities for newly acquired businesses.
- Maintain and enhance internal control frameworks and governance processes.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis, modelling, and strategic insights.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and operational effectiveness.
A Successful Finance Manager
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a relevant professional qualification.
- At least 10 years of experience in finance, reporting, consolidation, audit or business partnering roles.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, consolidation, governance, and internal controls.
- Experience operating within multinational and matrix environments.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
- Hybrid work arrangement.
