Our client is a leading multinational healthcare organisation with a strong global presence and a well-established shared service centre supporting regional finance operations.

Your New Role

• As a Country Accountant supporting various countries/regions, you will be responsible for managing the full set of accounting activities and ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing General Ledger and Record-to-Report activities.
• Performing month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Preparing account reconciliations and supporting audits.
• Assisting with tax and cost accounting processes.
• Collaborating closely with regional stakeholders, including teams in Japan.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Minimum 2 years in Audit and 3 years of RTR, shared services, or full-set accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting processes and reporting.
• SAP system experience.
• Ability to work effectively with regional and international stakeholders.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA or equivalent) or progression towards one will be an advantage.
• Previous audit exposure, tax, or cost accounting experience will be beneficial.
• Additional language abilities would be viewed favourably.
