Full Time Travel Product Consultant [CCP For Tourism Professionals] Jobs, in VTL Travel Private Limited - Maukerja

We're looking for a Travel Consultant to support our sales team on corporate team-building trips. Destinations include Singapore, Batam, Bintan, Desaru and Johor, as well as Thailand and Vietnam.

This is a non-sales role. You won't be chasing leads or closing deals. Your job is to design strong itineraries, keep quotations moving, and make sure clients get clear and timely answers. In short, you help the sales team win and deliver more trips.

You'll also travel. That includes accompanying client groups on tours and going on familiarisation (FAM) trips to scout new hotels, venues and activities.

What You Will Do:

Itinerary & Product Design

• Design and build new itineraries for corporate groups, covering day trips, 2D1N and 3D2N retreats, and multi-activity programmes
• Research and develop new team-building activities, venues, hotels and destinations
• Work with hotels, ground handlers and activity partners to confirm availability, pricing and logistics
• Keep our itinerary templates, activity lists and product information up to date

Quotations & Customer Support

• Prepare and revise quotations and trip proposals for the sales team
• Follow up on quotations that are still open and keep the sales team informed of client feedback
• Answer client questions by email and WhatsApp on itineraries, inclusions, logistics, ferries, hotels and travel requirements
• Coordinate trip details before departure, including rooming lists, schedules and passenger information

Tour & Field Work

• Travel with client groups as a tour coordinator or company representative when required
• Take part in FAM trips to assess hotels, venues and activities in person
• Gather photos, videos and feedback during trips for use in proposals and marketing

AI & Process Improvement

• Use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to draft itineraries, proposals, client replies and product research
• Suggest and test new ways to use AI to improve our speed, quality and customer experience
• Help build reusable templates and workflows for the wider team

What We Are Looking For:

• Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management, Arts and Social Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 year of working experience. (Applicants from a different industry are welcome to apply and can be considered)
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT, or a strong interest in learning them quickly
• Strong people skills and able to work with people from various backgrounds.
• Good organisation skills and attention to detail, especially with numbers, dates and group logistics
• Willing and able to travel overseas on short trips. Usually is Day Trip/2D1N.
• A friendly, service-minded attitude and the ability to stay calm when plans change.
