Responsibilities
Our client is a reputable community hospital providing integrated rehabilitative and long-term care services for patients recovering from surgery, illness, and age-related conditions. The organisation is known for its collaborative multidisciplinary approach and strong focus on patient-centred recovery.
This opportunity is ideal for Occupational Therapists who enjoy building meaningful patient relationships, supporting functional recovery, and working in a stable and supportive clinical environment.
Job Scope:
Assess patients’ functional needs and develop personalised occupational therapy plans
Deliver interventions to improve independence in daily living activities
Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team (physiotherapists, nurses, doctors)
Educate and support caregivers to ensure continuity of care after discharge
Uphold clinical quality, safety standards, and best practices
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy
Registered with AHPC (or eligible for registration)
At least 1–2 years of clinical experience in Singapore
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable with basic documentation systems (MS Office or EMR)
Work Location : West
Working Hours : Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
