Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Entry-Level Stationed Gardener to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for outdoor garden spaces, ensuring plants and landscapes are healthy, attractive, and well-kept. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with planting, watering, pruning, and weeding garden beds
Maintain cleanliness and organization of gardening tools and supplies
Monitor plant health and report any issues to supervisors
Support landscape beautification projects
Follow safety guidelines and procedures in outdoor environments
Perform general outdoor maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements:
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
No prior gardening experience necessary; training will be provided
Must be reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
