Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Diploma Intern to join our Pharmacy Warehouse team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, inventory management and handling of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily pharmacy warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking and packing of pharmaceutical products.
• Assist in stock counting and inventory management.
• Assist in monitoring product expiry dates, batch/lot numbers and stock levels.
• Ensure products are stored and handled according to the required storage conditions and company procedures.
• Assist with stock movement, documentation and data entry.
• Support FEFO (First Expired, First Out) practices and proper stock rotation.
• Assist the team in maintaining cleanliness, safety and proper organisation of the warehouse.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in:
• Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• Warehouse Management
• Pharmacy
• Pharmaceutical Science / Pharmaceutical Technology
• Business Administration / Management
• or other relevant disciplines.
• Required internship duration: [insert duration].
• Able to work in a warehouse environment and perform basic physical tasks when required.
• Good attention to detail, especially when handling stock, batch numbers and expiry dates.
• Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
