CUSTOMER SERVICE /FRONTLINE SERVICES – ONGOING OPPORTUNITIES

We are assisting our clients with ongoing recruitment for Customer Service and Frontline Service positions across Singapore.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on the position, duties may include:

• Attending to customer enquiries through various communication channels

• Providing accurate information and assistance to customers

• Handling appointments, registrations and service requests

• Processing documents, applications and transactions

• Following up on enquiries and requests

• Maintaining proper records and documentation

• Handling feedback and escalating matters where required

• Providing general administrative and operational support

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant customer service, frontline or administrative experience will be an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Service-oriented and professional

• Patient, courteous and able to handle enquiries effectively

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

• Monday to Friday, 5-day work week

• Work locations are island wide and will depend on the specific position

• Salary will be commensurate with the job scope, relevant qualifications, skills, experience and prevailing market rates

• Where the position falls under applicable Occupational Progressive Wage requirements, the prevailing requirements will apply

• Working hours and employment duration will vary according to the specific position
