Full Time Executive, Operations Support Jobs, in 2C2P Federal Territory - Maukerja

Working Location: 100% onsite, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

We are looking for a hands-on Merchant Operations Support focusing on merchant onboarding, Merchant ID applications, and payment account setup. You will be coordinate with acquiring banks, ensure merchant configurations meet requirements, and work with Fraud, Finance, and Accounting teams on transaction investigations. You'll also handle Level 1 merchant queries and support daily operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Submit applications for new Merchant ID to acquiring banks and follow up application status
• Setup new bank merchant profiles and Merchant Plug-in for payment gateway
• Setup new merchant accounts accordingly to the business on-boarding requirement & parameters
• Provide help for fraud/finance/accounting team about the transactions related investigation
• Other common tasks for the day-to-day operations
• Manage level 1 merchant queries (non-technical)

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• 1-2 years in FinTech, e-commerce, or payment gateway operations.
• Familiar with Merchant IDs (MIDs), acquiring bank processes, and online transaction flows.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet with strong analytical skills for transaction investigations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle Level 1 merchant queries.
