Full Time Sales Support Executive (EL) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,700 in WECRUIT PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Manage incoming air and sea freight sales enquiries and provide timely responses through telephone, email and other appropriate channels.

Develop accurate freight quotations and proactively follow up with customers to support conversion of enquiries into business opportunities.

Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports, including relevant sales data and KPIs.

Process debit and credit notes accurately and coordinate with relevant teams to support timely billing and payment.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and responsive service.

Coordinate with overseas offices and internal teams to ensure customer requirements are addressed efficiently.

Work towards assigned monthly revenue and sales KPI targets.

Partner with the Outdoor Sales Team to identify, pursue and develop new business opportunities.

Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with customers.
