Job Overview
We are looking for a UX Researcher to help the team better understand user needs, behaviours, and experiences. The role will support product and service improvements by gathering user insights and translating research findings into practical recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and expectations.
• Conduct interviews, surveys, usability testing, and other research activities.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative research findings to identify key insights and patterns.
• Work closely with product, design, and business teams throughout the product development process.
• Develop research plans, discussion guides, questionnaires, and usability testing materials.
• Translate research findings into clear recommendations for product and user experience improvements.
• Present research insights and findings to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain organised research documentation, user feedback, and project records.
• Support user testing for new features, services, and product improvements.
• Monitor user feedback and emerging customer needs to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in UX Research, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in UX research, user research, customer research, or a related role is preferred.
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Good analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organise research findings clearly.
• Familiarity with common UX research and collaboration tools is an advantage.
• Able to manage multiple research activities and project timelines.
