Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Maintain project plans and timelines and update tasks and milestones daily.
• Run weekly check-ins and short stand-ups to surface blockers and next steps.
• Prioritise and assign tasks to internal teams and external partners to keep deliverables on track.
• Track risks and escalate delays with clear mitigation suggestions.

Documentation & Reporting

• Create and maintain concise project documents, trackers and versioned deliverables.
• Prepare weekly KPI summaries and progress reports for product and leadership.
• Manage document handover for pilots and training materials.

Stakeholder & Quality

• Coordinate with teachers, partners and vendors to schedule pilots and collect feedback.
• Validate deliverables against acceptance criteria and gather sign-offs.
• Support user testing sessions and capture improvement requests clearly.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Education, E-Learning, Project Management, Business, Communications or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, education, e-learning, events or digital content projects.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable dealing with government agencies, schools and teachers.
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
• ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• ⁠Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• ⁠Willing to travel for workshops, UAT, school visits and project activities.

As our Project Exercutive you are the glue that keeps project timelines, materials, and people aligned. You will manage day-to-day tasks so product, operations and partner teams can move faster and deliver quality learning experiences.

You will handle daily planning, track progress and keep project records current so our team can focus on impact.
