We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team and support our customer communication and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers via WhatsApp and willing to support livestream and promotional activities when required.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage customer enquiries via WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Provide prompt, friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with enquiries on services, promotions, appointments and general information.
• Follow up with customers and assist in converting enquiries into bookings or sales where appropriate.
• Support the marketing team during livestream sessions, including replying to customer messages and enquiries in real time.
• Assist with promotional campaigns, marketing activities and other customer engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure customer enquiries are properly followed up.
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups and appointments.
• Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.

Working Hours

• Occasional overtime or extended working hours may be required, particularly when there are scheduled livestreams or marketing campaigns.
• Candidates should be comfortable working during selected evenings or outside regular hours when required for livestream activities.

Requirements

• Customer service, telesales, sales or related experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and handling multiple customer conversations at the same time.
• Able to respond quickly and professionally to customer enquiries.
• Comfortable supporting livestreams and online marketing activities.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
• Good computer literacy and basic administrative skills.
• Able to work overtime when required for scheduled livestreams.
• Candidates with experience in beauty, retail, e-commerce, social media or livestream operations will have an added advantage.
