Job Scope

Implement and monitor project WSH, HSE and environmental management systems in compliance with statutory requirements and company standards.

Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, risk assessments and compliance checks.

Provide safety coaching, training, briefings and guidance to workers and project stakeholders.

Develop and implement safety programs, PTW requirements, emergency response plans and environmental control measures.

Investigate incidents, identify gaps and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Liaise with project teams and relevant authorities on WSH, environmental and regulatory matters.

Advise Project Managers/Directors on safety performance and improvement measures.

Maintain accurate HSE records, reports and performance data, including timely submissions.

Monitor implementation of safety and environmental requirements and support HSE initiatives, audits and certifications.

Perform other HSE-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirement

Diploma / Degree in Workplace Safety and Health, or equivalent

RWSHO& RECO with 3- 5 years of relevant working experience

in construction industry.
