Responsibilities
Summary:
Monday to Friday, office hours
UP$3600
6 months contract
Novena
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end employee offboarding, including resignations, retirements and contract expiries.
Process separations accurately within HR systems and established SLAs.
Prepare separation documentation, including exit letters and clearance records.
Coordinate clearance with Payroll, Finance, IT, Security and relevant institutions.
Process work pass cancellations and update employee records where applicable.
Monitor outstanding offboarding actions and ensure timely completion.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, service standards and records retention requirements.
Escalate complex cases appropriately and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
2 to 3 years of HR operations, HR shared services or HR administration experience would be of advantage.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems preferred.
