Quantity Surveyor

(Remote role, work frome home!)

Responsibilities:

- Assist to submit information and prepare quotations for tender jobs.

- Manage the full post-contract commercial function for assigned projects, from contract award through to final account settlement.

- Follow up on payment applications and payment responses in line with contract and SOP Act requirements.

- Prepare and administer subcontractor and supplier packages.

- Administer the contract day to day: correspondence, notices, records and contemporaneous documentation to protect the company's position

- Liaise with clients, consultants, QS consultants and the project team to resolve commercial issues.

- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications and contracts, and in measurement and remeasurement.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors and consultants.

Training will be provided!

Pay: $2,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
