Job Responsibilities:

Regularly track employee productivity, offering timely, constructive feedback and coaching to support growth and improvement.

Address employee concerns promptly, resolving issues through effective problem-solving.

Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, work hours, and personal information.

Facilitate communication between upper management and staff by relaying important updates and feedback in both directions.

Prepare comprehensive performance reports and submit them as required.

Enforce compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies;

implement appropriate disciplinary measures when necessary to maintain standards.

Job Requirements: Demonstrated experience in a supervisory position or related role.

Professional demeanor with a friendly, approachable personality.

Flexibility to work during weekends and public holidays. Ability to accommodate night shifts and split-shift schedules.
