Part Time Clinical Governance Officer – Andrology Laboratory Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in CHA SMG IVF CENTRE PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are seeking a Clinical Governance Officer (CGO) to provide clinical and technical oversight of our Andrology Laboratory, supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality assisted reproduction services in accordance with Singapore Ministry of Health's regulatory and professional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical governance, quality and patient safety within the Andrology Laboratory.
• Support the licensee and Principal Officer in maintaining continuous regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with MOH Assisted Reproduction Services requirements under the Healthcare Services Act (HCSA) and applicable licensing conditions.
• Develop, review and implement laboratory policies, SOPs and quality standards.
• Monitor laboratory quality indicators, incidents, risks and corrective/preventive actions.
• Oversee staff competency, training and adherence to laboratory procedures.
• Lead or support audits, regulatory inspections and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with the embryology team and laboratory management on clinical and technical governance matters.
• Keep abreast of relevant MOH requirements, professional standards and developments in reproductive laboratory practice.

Requirements

• Reside in Singapore during his/her appointment as a CGO
• Be a fully registered medical practitioner with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) and hold a valid practising certificate
• Practised as a full time medical practitioner for at least 5 continuous years or an aggregate period of at least 5 years during a continuous period of 10 years in a healthcare institution under the Private Hospital and Medical Clinics Act
• Possess relevant experience in andrology or clinical laboratory services.
• Relevant working knowledge of and MOH requirements applicable to Assisted Reproduction Services.
• Experience in quality management, clinical governance, risk management and laboratory audits.
• Familiarity with Singapore's MOH Assisted Reproduction Services regulatory requirements and Healthcare Services Act 2020 (HCSA) framework.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity and commitment to patient safety.
