We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers , providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Provide information about our services, pricing, and repair processes
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Process service orders and manage repair tickets
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely updates on repair status
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and reliability. Positive attitude and willingness to learn more about computer hardware
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and patience
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of laptop hardware and software is a plus (not mandatory)
