Full Time Senior Account Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in EMEC & MAXX MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

* Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR and GL.

* Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.

* Handle bank reconciliation, cash flow and petty cash.

* Manage eInvoices, payments, receipts and collections.

* Ensure timely preparation and online submission of SST returns.

* Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and other external parties.

* Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.

HR & Administration

* Handle daily HR and administrative matters.

* Manage payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB submissions.

* Maintain employee records, attendance and leave records.

* Handle recruitment, onboarding, confirmation and resignation processes.

* Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, memos and other HR documents.

* Ensure compliance with relevant Malaysian employment requirements.

Requirements

* Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in accounting and HR administration.

* Experience handling full set accounts is preferred.

* Experience in SST, petty cash, payroll and Malaysian statutory submissions is required.

* Familiar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and employment-related requirements.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL accounting software.

* Independent, responsible, organized and detail-oriented.

* Able to handle confidential information professionally.

* Candidates who are able to start work immediately will have an advantage.
