Full Time Account Development Executive (ADE) - B2B Lead Generation Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in HMI Selangor - Maukerja

HMI is looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and is comfortable engaging with business decision-makers over the phone.

The role will involve B2B outbound calling, qualifying potential customers, following up on leads, and setting appointments for our clients.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in B2B telemarketing, lead generation or appointment setting
• Is confident speaking with business decision-makers
• Can ask good questions and carry a proper business conversation — not just read from a script
• Is comfortable working with targets and follow-ups
• Communicates well in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Experience in ERP, IT, software or B2B technology would be a strong advantage.
