Warehouse Operations

-

Receive, check and arrange incoming goods.

• Pick, pack and prepare goods for delivery.
• Load and unload goods safely.
• Maintain proper storage and organization of warehouse inventory.
• Perform stock counting and assist with stock take.
• Check goods against Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders and other relevant documents.
• Report damaged, missing or incorrect goods to the supervisor.

Delivery & Driving

Deliver goods to customers, suppliers and other locations according to the delivery schedule.

• Load and secure goods properly before transportation.
• Ensure goods are delivered safely and in good condition.
• Obtain customer acknowledgement/signature on Delivery Orders where required.Return signed Delivery Orders and other relevant documents to the office.
• Perform collection of goods from suppliers when required.
• Plan delivery routes efficiently and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

Valid Singapore class 3 driving licence.

Relevant driving and warehouse experience preferred.

Able to handle physical work, including loading and unloading goods.

Familiar with Singapore roads and delivery locations.

Responsible, punctual and safety-conscious.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic ability to read Delivery Orders and other warehouse documents.

Basic computer knowledge and accessing warehousing documents
