Haohaoguo Realty Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based real estate agency specializing in serving overseas companies and new immigrant professionals.

We are looking for a motivated Admin & Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to administration, marketing, client engagement, and Singapore real estate.

Job Responsibilities

• Administrative Support
  Assist with daily administrative tasks, documentation, data entry, and other ad-hoc duties.
• Marketing & Content Support
  Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations, marketing materials, property information, and client presentations.
• Client Outreach & Lead Generation
  Support marketing activities and assist with reaching out to potential clients through various channels.
• Property Search & Client Support
  Understand clients' requirements, assist in searching for suitable properties, provide property recommendations, and follow up on enquiries.
• Property Viewing Coordination
  Assist with arranging and scheduling property viewings and coordinating with clients and relevant parties.
• Move-In / Move-Out Support
  Assist with handover, move-in, and move-out arrangements to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Documentation & Contracts
  Assist with preparing relevant documents and contracts accurately according to company requirements.
• Other Support
  Coordinate with external vendors and assist the management team with other ad-hoc projects when required.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or postgraduate student
• Students from Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or related disciplines are welcome to apply
• Strong interest in Singapore real estate, marketing, or client engagement
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, detail-oriented, organised, and responsible
• Basic PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
• No prior real estate experience is required

Internship Duration

Minimum 3-month commitment.Students seeking a credit-bearing internship or a temporary internship during their term break are welcome to apply.
