Full Time Logistics Admin Assistant | Up to $2.6k | West | Office hours Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,200 in HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Our client is a reputable multinational logistics and supply chain company with a strong global presence and extensive warehousing and distribution operations.

Location: Jurong East
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm
Salary: Up to $2,600 per month (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse and logistics administrative operations
• Perform data entry, order processing and document coordination
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, delivery orders and goods receipt records
• Coordinate with operations teams, drivers and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery and dispatch activities
• Maintain accurate inventory records and tracking reports
• Handle general administrative duties and provide logistics support as required

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, warehouse administration or supply chain support is an advantage
• Experience in a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry tasks
• Strong coordination, communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
