Full Time Transport Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,100 in Freight Mark Trans Network Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a hands-on and organized Transport Coordinator to support our daily transport operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle scheduling, dispatch activities, drivers, delivery arrangements, and transport documentation to ensure smooth and timely operations.

This role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment, coordinating with multiple parties, and working on a rotational shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily fleet and vehicle scheduling to ensure timely delivery operations.
• Coordinate vehicle dispatch and assign drivers based on daily delivery requirements.
• Plan and optimize transport routes to improve operational efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
• Monitor daily fleet movements and delivery progress using the GPS tracking system.
• Identify and promptly follow up on delays, route deviations, vehicle issues, and other operational concerns.
• Prepare, process, and maintain accurate transport documentation, records, and system data entries.
• Coordinate closely with drivers, warehouse teams, customers, and internal departments to ensure delivery schedules are met.
• Handle operational issues and coordinate necessary actions to minimize delivery disruptions.
• Escalate delays, vehicle breakdowns, driver-related issues, and other operational matters to the Supervisor in a timely manner.
• Ensure transport activities are carried out according to company procedures and operational requirements.
• Perform other transport and administrative duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Working Schedule: Rotational shift schedule

4 days Morning Shift → 2 days Off → 4 days Night Shift → 2 days Off

The successful candidate must be willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, to support continuous transport operations.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in transport coordination, fleet operations, logistics, dispatch, or delivery operations will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and a strong interest in logistics are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work on a rotational shift schedule, including night shifts.
