Full Time Quantity Surveyor (3byGJ4) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in Erast Pte Ltd North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

About the Roles

Join a construction team as a Quantity Surveyor based in Woodlands, working 5 days, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm on a permanent basis. The role offers a basic salary with variable bonus and provides an opportunity to gain practical exposure across tendering, procurement, cost management, claims, and project commercial matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Review tender opportunities, attend site show rounds, and assess project scope and requirements.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BQ), tender specifications, and quotation reviews.
• Compile cost comparisons and tender evaluations, and coordinate tender submissions with the Contracts Manager / Managing Director.
• Build and maintain a reliable network of qualified subcontractors and suppliers for tendering and procurement.
• Source and evaluate subcontractors, suppliers, and materials based on project requirements.
• Prepare Letters of Award to support the timely appointment of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and verify monthly progress claims for projects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Administer variation orders, claims, and contractual matters in coordination with site teams.
• Track project expenditure against budgets and ensure costs remain within approved limits.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or an equivalent qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Willing to travel to project sites and attend site meetings or inspections when required.
