Full Time Senior Programme Advisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in International Medical University Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage walk-in, telephone and email enquiries from prospective local and international students, providing professional and personalised programme counselling across various communication channels.
• Understand prospective students’ educational backgrounds, interests and career aspirations, and recommend suitable programmes and study pathways.
• Manage assigned leads effectively through the CRM system, including timely follow-ups, accurate record-keeping and lead progression.
• Develop and implement follow-up strategies to maximise the conversion of enquiries into programme applications and enrolments.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on programmes, entry requirements, fees, scholarships, partner universities and application procedures.
• Work closely with Admissions, academic faculties and other relevant departments to address enquiries and support applicants throughout the application process.
• Participate in marketing and student recruitment activities, including roadshows, education fairs, school visits, open days and other promotional events.
• Conduct programme briefings and knowledge-sharing sessions for new employees and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor enquiry trends, conversion rates and campaign performance, and provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports, dashboards and pipeline updates for management review and decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Admissions teams to optimise campaigns, engagement activities and student recruitment initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, where required.
• Undertake other related responsibilities to support the University’s recruitment and business needs.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Business Studies, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in student recruitment, education counselling, sales, customer engagement or a related area.
• Experience in the higher education or education industry would be an advantage.
• Strong counselling, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospective students and parents.
• Demonstrated experience in lead management, follow-up and conversion.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and preparing reports or dashboards would be an advantage.
• Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign and conversion data and recommend improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fluency in other local languages or dialects would be an added advantage.
• Proactive, results-oriented and committed to providing a positive prospective-student experience.
• Willingness to continuously learn, adapt to industry developments and undertake responsibilities beyond the stated role to support business needs.
• Willingness to travel and work outside regular office hours when required for recruitment events and activities.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
