Part Time Community Research Analyst Jobs, in The Sol Club Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for someone curious about people, communities and lifestyle behaviours to help us uncover insights for an exciting new project at TRX, Kuala Lumpur.

This role is about understanding people - how they spend their time, what motivates them, what creates connection, and what makes a community feel meaningful.

What you’ll do:

• Talk to people and gather real insights

• Understand habits, needs and behaviours

• Conduct interviews and observations

• Identify patterns and translate them into ideas

• Help shape experiences that encourage people to connect, move and belong

We are looking for someone who is:

• Curious about human behaviour

• Comfortable speaking with different people

• Interested in lifestyle, sports, wellness or community experiences

• Able to think beyond data and understand the human story behind it

Research experience is helpful, but curiosity and the ability to ask great questions matter most.
