Job scope:

• Perform admission, discharge assessment, daily required treatments and administer medication
• Provide nursing care and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for support to service users and their caregivers (especially PT and OT)
• Plan, coordinate and execute activities that promotes participation while promoting client’s wellbeing
• Provide immediate care during medical emergencies
• Develop, coordinate, and lead engaging activities that promote social participation and enhance overall well-being.
• Respond promptly and effectively to any medical incidents or emergencies that may arise.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporeans only
• Diploma / Degree in Nursing
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
• Working hours : Weekdays
