Job Description

:

Ensure site documentsand records are kept up to date

Control of all documentation produced by project teams

Set-up and control of project files and numbering, in liaison with all project team

Deal with incoming drawings and tax invoices

Liaise with engineers,clients, suppliers or third company companies as required

Initiate various applications for project team in company internal management system

Management of company vehicles, including road tax renewal, insurance, and related documentation

Control of Projects uniform allocation, issuance, return and inventory records, ensuring stock levels are kept up to date

Coordinate and support company events, including team bonding activities, festive events, and company functions

Requirement:
Must have superb organisational skills and a keen eye for detail

Possess experience of document control processes

Prioritize candidates from construction background
