Role Description The Event Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for planning, organizing, and executing Lunch & Learn sessions for corporate clients. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating event schedules, managing venue arrangements, liaising with HR teams and speakers, and ensuring all logistics such as catering, equipment, and materials are in place. The role involves handling event registrations, maintaining client communication before and after sessions, and providing on-the-ground support during events to ensure smooth delivery and a positive participant experience. The Event Coordinator will also assist with basic sales follow-up, gathering feedback, and updating internal records to support continuous improvement of sessions. Collaboration with internal teams to refine processes and develop new event concepts is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong event planning and event management skills, with experience coordinating corporate or wellness-related events.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with HR teams, speakers, and participants.
  • Customer service skills focused on delivering a positive client and attendee experience.
  • Basic sales and relationship-building skills to support client retention and follow-up on new opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple events.
  • Comfort working on-site at client locations across Singapore, including during lunch hours.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and event coordination software is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in corporate events, training, or wellness programs is beneficial.
  • Diploma or degree in Events Management, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
