Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft 365 environment.
• Configure and support Microsoft Intune and Defender.
• Provide L1/L2 IT support to users.
• Troubleshoot IT hardware, software, network and firewall issues.
• Support IT onboarding, offboarding and asset management.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve IT issues.
• Provide onsite/remote support, including vessel support when required.
• Participate in standby support and overseas travel when required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of L1/L2 IT support experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Defender.
• Experience supporting network and firewall solutions.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willing to work after-hours standby and travel overseas when required.
